One of the best entries I've ever played. I recommend everyone to check it out. Nice gameplay but controls could be better. Keep up the good work.

The puzzle solving is neat, but the levels are so unnecessarily large that it detracted from the game for me. I feel like the game might've been a lot more enjoyable if all of the levels were no more than a screen or two wide and tall - I think that'd make it less frustrating when you need to restart a level because you trapped a weighted companion cube in a corner or pushed it off into the abyss. Also, like a lot of the platformer submissions I've tried, I think the way jumping feels would benefit a lot if a little bit of coyote timing (ledge tolerance) were implemented.

I agree. It could've been better.

Cool idea, I like the narrative you put around the game. Pushing the boxes around with physics is fun, although some way to grip them might be nice for those times you accidentally kick it off a platform and have to restart the whole level! Good job on the submission.

I completely agree :D I thought about that but after seeing people completing the game without a problem we decided to leave it as it is. Though it can get annoying.

i think this game's strength is the puzzle solving! level 3 in particular was fun to solve, but i would suggest reducing the overall size of the levels to minimize the platforming and traversal. it got in the way of that portal puzzle solving itch :)

We mainly focused on the ending and puzzle solving after others didn't work out well, and I'm really happy that we nailed that! But you are right, the platforming sometimes gets in the way but its also a half frustrating half challenging aspect.

great gamw
