There's a good idea for a game in here

Interesting idea, could see it going somewhere. Good job getting it out here. 

One thing though, the Quit button was too close to Spin which can (and did) cause accidental quits.

I think it is definitely a cool concept, but I think the tetris time pressure hinders the game. Would be better if you had unlimited time and move at your own pace, or there was a timer and they didn't fall, for more control.

You use mouse input what is not alloud, however the same things are possible to do with the keyboard.
I would remove the Restart game button from q, since is very simple to restart the whole game by mistake.

But i liked the game idea!

Nice but the menu does not feel usable if it was on 3310. But still a great mix of tetris and close the circuit games.
