Game's take on the theme
The game is a literal street fighting game, inspired by the traditional 2d fighting games, and is actually set in a street (graffiti included).

Game's take on the special object
The glasses play a vital role in the game. Picking them up changes the game's dynamics and aim. The "rose-tinted" glasses change the street fight into a battle of love and peace, where the aim is now to increase the opponent's health, thereby reversing the aim of the game. As well as being an important object in itself, the Nexus special object actually inspired the entire game just as much as the theme itself, as it gave me the idea of playing on the phrase "seeing through rose-tinted glasses" and combining this with a street fighting game.

Interesting take on the use of glasses. One thing I would change is to increase the movement and attack speed while lowering the attack power, so it doesn't end in just 10 punches.

I really like the graphics and visual clarity on everything here. I made it to the 20th opponent but he killed me :( The level of polish is very high as well. I don't have many complaints, just that the special attack animation could be a little faster and not displace your character since you are unable to avoid taking damage right after you do a special attack. It also felt a little repetitive, since most of the enemies got repeated over the 20 levels. If the game was half that many levels nothing would change much, I think. Still, great job on this entry!

At first I thought the game was too easy, but I got defeated on 19 wave, so maybe it wasn't so easy after all. I actually like how the difficulty rose gradually!

Your take on the glasses was original! When the object got announced I thought the only two ways you can do glasses was "seeing better", or "looking cool", and you went the third way! Very cool!

The game could use some more polish. Less floaty controls,  a bit faster animations, more feedback on getting hit- that kind of things!

Thanks very much for the feedback! I'll admit some aspects were a little rushed to meet the deadline (including the enemy difficulty), so I'm glad it worked as well as it did. :)
