Great job on this! We reviewed your game and all the others on a special episode of our podcast here: https://anchor.fm/nestalgia/episodes/S05---NEStalgia-Game-Jam-euj95s

Great game, had a lot of fun playing it

this might be on my part but for the life of me I couldn't figure out what to do once I got to the graveyard. I really liked the idea and execution nonetheless.

push the lower left headstone toward the top of the screen

lol how silly of me. that was really fun. for some reason whenever the aliens on the second screen after you get the bombs hit me the game restarted, so there's that. all in all this was really fun. thanks for replying :)

Great idea for a game! I loved the first Zelda and this does look fantastic. Unfortunately for me the game window was really tiny so I could hardly see what I was doing (could be my computer though) and it crashed on me when I got bullets (I think). But great game, would love to play it till the end!

I got to the saloon, but couldn't progress from there (Maybe a map connection was broken after that, because I just walked off the map whatever I tried :S)

That being said, I liked what I got to see during my brief session! Never thought of it before but Zelda translates well into a western setting :P (though the bombs should have been dynamite sticks and the boomerang a lasso!).

Nice graphics and music, if a bit empty levels (but that's to expect from a game jam I guess :P)

thanks for thee feedback.  I forgot my family was coming to visit last week so I definitely had to slap a bunch of it together at the end. Probably had the map send you to a positive coordinate instead of a negative one.

Great idea,  dynamite and lasso would be way cooler!

You're welcome! :)

Hehe, I know the feeling. I had to help a friend move from their house on saturday, so lost a whole bunch of time to that too :P (luckily I mended that by staying up late xD).
