I find this game really clever. However, some things could use a little work. The jumping is bad; it lasts too long and feels a bit unresponsive. But who am I to judge? My jumping system doesn't work at all sometimes. Also, I found that some of the images weren't great. The color was off, etc. Again, really clever idea!
Thanks for the feedback :) I completely agree with you and will take everything on board thanks 🙏
The game is pretty well designed. The art style is rudimentary, but charming, and the environments look pretty alright (though with a few problems at the top of the level)
The level design is definitely the highlight of this game, showing a pretty decent difficulty curve. My only issues would be 1: a lot of collision glitches, particularly how the health packet heals more than it probably should, and 2: The fact that the game forces you to redo the desktop segment everytime you die in the level. I recommend just restarting the player at the stage.
Overall, pretty competent game. Just recommend honing your programming a bit, it feels a lil buggy.
Edit: also hey, im not the only one who used the phrase "pack your bags" in the title, nice.
Thanks for the honest feedback :) Ill work on that thanks
Haha, love that it feels like you're in a computer
Thanks :)
Thanks :
What i find interesting in this game : the idea of doing stuff inside of your computer
the overall design and style!!!
What can be improved :
Jumps & collision system! I ended not being hitted when landing on a spike, but being killed when touching one from the side x)
Thanks for the feedback :) I lost half the game so that’s why it’s a bit rushed. I’ll change that later.
