How did you incorporate the theme and lore?
BounceShot breaks the traditional FPS system by requiring the player to bounce shots into enemies rather than directly shooting them. The lore made me think of experimental weapons ("Could feel the potential as they dropped it into my hands") and that's why I took the mechanics in the unorthodox shooter direction.

The game had a lot of fun appeal to it! The shooting mechanic reminded me of a valve type game (think with portals lol) I said in my stream I wasn't sure of the theme, but I dead your incorporated note and it makes sense now! Nice work :D
This was really fun. Having to bounce the bullet on the pads to kill the droids or to activate the switch was quite interesting.
But i think the problem with the concept is, that you can beat most levels just by shooting a bunch of stuff around, it gets less about choosing smart angles than more about just trial and error until you hit something, and some things requiring multiple bounces.
I think part of the problem is that the droids are actively moving towards you, which would make sense for a traditional shooter, but i don’t think it works well with this kind of concept. Maybe a predetermined path they are “patrolling” would be better, so that you can be sneaky and shoot them around corners etc. In generally I think this could be a great puzzle game if the levels are designed a bit differently.
It would also be great if you change the color / particles of the bullet for each bounce that you can get some feedback how much you hit.
Good game overall!
Love this concept and mechanic!
Really neat concept. The double and triple bounce enemies were a nice escalation in difficulty along with the other puzzles. I liked the rooms where you have to bounce the shot across the walls to hit the switch.
