Art and music are amazing omg. Its really difficult to tell when you hit anything, and the endlag on moves feels a bit punishing, and the lack of startup frames makes moves like the kick feel a bit weird to use. Also, WASD with ZX is a really tight control sceme, i just used arrow keys, which was way more comfy to use. Gameplay wise its great foundationally, just needs a few small tweaks!

The art style is very juicy! It caught my eye in discord already. Glad I got to play this.
It is a bit difficult to tell when Connor actually lands a hit. But other then that, a true nostalgia trigger!
Really awesome game, reminded me of the old SEGA Ninja Turtle game. Kind of which their was health replenish source, I struggled to get past the bridge. I saw screen shots of other levels and it looks really nice. But that challenge and those hit boxes are what lead me to not being able to keep playing.
I loveee the art so much and the style that you guys went for! The menu looks awesome and love the monster variations.
The hit box's are a little bit too tiny but besides that, it's a legit good game! Are you guys going to continue with it after the game jam?
I really like the artwork and design of the characters, they all look rather dynamic and that everything belongs together. It's really eye-catching! I had some trouble when playing, but I believe that once (and if) you polish this game, it would be really, REALLY cool!
It would be amazing to see what you guys could have accomplished without the 3 day jam restriction. That art is just absolutely gorgeous. Now if Connor would stop posing for 3 f**cking seconds I might be able to bunch some damn monkeys!

WOW. This game is OOZING style. The music and audio work together in PERFECTION and I found myself coming back just for those elements. I thought the game was done well, although it felt a little clunky to play. I think a lot of frusturation could be relieved with less input lag and/or a dodge roll especially against those banana throwing fiends. Overall, really nice job, I absolutely loved everything about this and special props to the musician, that sound track was stellar!
I really like the visual art style and gameplay. Although I find it hard to play because the long ranged enemies can just spam bananas at you and the hit box is sometimes hard to hit.
What if you added a special meter and it builds up when you attack an enemy? You can heal from the special meter by charging in place or spend the special meter for an AoE attack (like in Hollow Knight). Maybe Mouse is on a bike and she charges into the enemies from the left in a straight line as a special Aoe Attack?
The art and music are P E R F E C T, but the controls kinda messed it up for me.
