This is nicely done within the small scope. Interactions felt smooth and the increasingly ominous screen shake was a nice signal that things weren't going well. The code was arbitrary to the point of just being silly, maybe that's the intention or maybe it's just a placeholder. I can see this growing into something cool.

I'm a fan of these type of games so it was nice to see one for the game jam! The puzzle was pretty simple but fun. Not much more to say about it, I'm curious where this will go.

I couldn't figure out the first puzzle.  The curse seemed to activate sooner and sooner each attempt which made it really difficult to try different things, maybe I was doing something to trigger that.  Either way, its not really clear what to do.  Maybe the game could start with an easier level to hook the player and give them some idea what the game is about without requiring multiple attempts.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback!  Agreed the puzzle is a little difficult.  I was running out of time and only had a day so I went for proof of concept.  I have more easier puzzles that I'll be implementing after the jam.

The curse increase every time a wrong decision is made.  I'll have to see if I can recreate the intensity increasing sooner.

You'll have to check it out again after I update!

It took all 3 of us quite a while to figure out the code, but we eventually solved it! Thanks for the challenge.

(Might want to tone down the screen shaking. That curse was REALLY cursed.)

Yes agreed the screen shake is too much.  I planning to tone it down and give an option to disable completely (adding a curse meter to the screen) when I implement the other puzzles.

You'll have to check it out again!
