First of all  the 3d part of the game looks amazing.A weird combination gotta say that :D.It needs some spooky music to compliment the environment :D.Other thant that I think this game is the most experimental game i have ever played in this jam.Great work :D

Thanks alot for your feedback! We are working on a future update after the voting ends.

(That is a tall man)

This is very weird. I see how it's mixing genre, but it just feels like playing two completely different games, and switching between them until at some point you won.

The horror ambience is really well done though.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!

We are going to remove the 2D part after the voting - we will convert the game into a story-based exploration horror.

- Thanks!

I'm curious to see that ! I'll check it out !

I like the idea but the combination in the game it's a little weird. It's a horror game so the lack of creepy music in the house makes it less frightening. The art and music styles during the combat doesn't fit with the horror mood too. On the other hand, the 3D environment looks amazing.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! We are going to do a major update after the voting, in which we will remove the 2D part and make the game a real horror experience.

The atmosphere in the 3d world is great!  It could use a little creepy music though.

Thanks for the feedback man!

Very cool 3d graphics! But the combination of 3D and pixel art looks strange.

Thanks for the feedback! We are going to make it better after the voting ends, or remove it entirely and add new things.

Awesome game, which software did you use to make this (unreal engine)? :)

Pretty nicely done rooms in exploration part. Would be nice cozy place if not the monster hunting you, hah.

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! We have thought about removing the 2D part and transforming the game into a horror/explorer, but we'll see :D.

The mood is great! Though the gameplay gets old real fast. And to explore 20 rooms with not much happening might be two much. Consider putting some notes along the way or something for player to interact with. Definitely worth putting some more work into though! Good luck with it

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! We are happy to hear it and take it to our advantage! There will be further developement and we will add items, with which the player could interact and find more about his story! We are planning to update the 2D part soon after the voting! Thanks again and have a great day!

First off, EPILEPSY WARNING for anyone looking at the comments before playing. There are a lot of flashing lights.

A few notes:

- Your file size is huge. Takes several minutes to download.

- The player is either really tall or the house is really small because the doors are shorter than you and the player's head nearly hits the ceiling.

- The atmosphere in the walking simulator parts is pretty nice. Good lighting (other than the lights that flicker a bit too much)

- It appears that the heal always heals less than the attack. In this case, there is no reason to ever heal as your opponent can attack that turn and undo your heal + some.

- The enemy gets an extra turn after you beat them and the screen is fading out

- I think there's nothing to really do other than walk from room to room and get random encounters with the same monster, right?

I think if you add something to do in the walking simulator parts and have some sort of lasting effect from winning monster battles, this game could be fairly interesting. Good job on the atmosphere.

Developer

Hello!

Thanks for the feedback! We will take it and update our game after the voting.

The file size is 109MB, which is not that huge, takes less than a minute to download. It is 109MB, because of the graphics (textures, lightning and etc).

The player is tall, we will reduce his height in the future update.

The heal heals less - true - we will work on it to achieve consensus between healing and taking damage.

The extra enemy turn is a glitch, that needs to be fixed.

The main objective of the game is to explore the 20 rooms, while randomly encountering with the monster, then you win.

Overall, thank you for the given time and feedback, we appriciate your comment and will look after these problems and glitches. :)
