Hello. I like your game. But I do not like that it is one more of the plattforms games... But the game is good really. So, I also found a Bug (i think is a bug) In the first level I jump high and I fall upon the fly , so it go down and after the fly did not go up and it cannot pass a plattform  it got stuck and I win easy.

Developer (1 edit)

It isn not a bug, it is a feature I made for the game, glad you liked it :)

Oh! Excuse me for say "bug"... then... Is a good game. Nice.

Love the concept and the game was fun. But the game has some things, the character gets stuck sometimes in certain areas maybe it has to do with the collision of the tile map and the character this same issue happen to me tho. The other one is that the tiles look like they are broken on some edges, overall the game looks like t can be expanded further and have some polish. It really was fun!

Also if you want you can play and rate my game: https://applepiedev.itch.io/coffeebrea

The intro is to long, also it's weird when jumping if u stop pressing arrow you loose all of your horizontal velocity

Developer

Sorry if the intro was a problem, you can skip it pressing y in the keyboard. About the horizontal velocity, it is for having air control, moving in the air can be useful in some situations in the game

Submitted

The bombs allow you to cheese through levels in the air.

Developer

Yeah, that is the idea, to optimize your movements and to use the obstacles as tools to go quicker

Submitted

I like the art and the music. Although I'm a bit bad at the game. I don't know if there is a way to skip the intro, but it would be good to have. Other than that, really good game!

Developer

Yes, you can press y to skip the tutorial, and thanks for your impression :))

I like how many fun mechanics are built in the game. I especially liked how you can interact with your flying friend and trap him if you are clever with your  movement, even though im not sure if it is intentional. I sometimes seemed to get randomly stuck when just walking left or right wich was a little annoying but over all it was a fun little game.

Developer(+1)

Yes, it was intentional to interact with the flying friend, also about the walking bug, sorry about that, I will try a way to fix it, thank you for your feedback! :)

Developer(+1)

I have just fixed the stuck bug :D

Very addicting gameplay, sounds, characters and constraints fits very well into this game! But I would like there to be some kind of transition between levels and it would be clear that the player lost due to stamina.

Developer(+1)

I see your point and I agree with you, and also thanks for your feedback! ^-^

This is a very cool game, I love how you incorporated the theme of “Break”! I really liked the way the tutorial was done, and the apples(?) were a cool mechanic as well.

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much :)

I'm not great at platformers but this was very charming. I liked the objects being potentially helpful or hindering

Developer

Thanks! :D
