I really enjoyed the retro sound effects, really fit the style.
Good game made for just 12 hours. 😁
Thanks
Haha, I love the retro style and sound effects
Good things come out from my inability to actually draw xD
Hi Moltak,
I found your game quite challenging with the limited hiding spots. This led to me being very careful and watching where my enemy was before I could move, this was quite nice since you wasn't punished for getting caught right away.
I would of really like some background music or atmosphere to get me 'into' the world of your game, maybe something suspensful, the lack of sound made a big different to my engagement. The level design was basic and could of been improved upon however for what the game was it was sufficient to get the point across and I still had fun! :)
I would really like to see you add more and while I understand you only put 12 hours in, I think you still did a great job and I am sure with more time put in you would of covered my mentions points.
Great Job!
I always under use sound in my game jams lol, in my defense I had music going while I program (Who can work in total silence that's just weird)
Fun game a little hard though to time when to hide because you can't always see the cops.
Not bad for 12ish hours of work. If nothing else it fun enough to play through twice :)
Also - I am the big oof who worked really hard to get to that extra bit of the level with the secret message. YOU JUST MADE AN ENEMY FOR LIFE!
All jokes aside - thanks for making a fun game :)
I had planned to only have 5 boxes but when I made the level it had 6 floors so making the last one super hard for no reward was me just being evil....but the sound when you pick them up changes so it's really your fault for not paying attention ;)
