Use of the limitation
The limitation was "score serves a purpose". There is multiple ways to interpret this sentence. To us, score can be the number that shows up on screen when you complete objectives, or it could also be the musical score of the game. We tried incorporating both meanings into our use of the limitation. The music evolves as you go through the game, like if you were writing the score yourself by just playing the game.

Such a nice game, very cute environment and warm colors, liked it a lot!
The only feedback - if you are planning to expand it (which would be definately a good idea) consider adding some UI for quests or guidance over the island, like a small text on the side of the screen. That way objective would be a lot more transparent

Wow, I am really loving this art style! The execution is a masterclass, between all four of you, it's truly impressive. The artwork is beautiful and the music complements it perfectly. I particularly enjoyed the concept of seeing two worlds overlapping and interacting with both to progress, it's very clever!
