It didn't load for me, I tried a couple of times :(
Shame, because the graphics look nice :)

I really enjoyed this, and I think you were able to achieve a lot! I loved the art and music, it gives it this fun sort of ambiance despite the fact you're getting shot at by all the little drones. My critiques are similar to other commenters here, a lot of them could be taken care of through more tweaking and play testing (trust me I'm guilty of that myself!). Great job!
Nice game! I enjoyed the art & music in this one. Playing as a cat is definitely a unique element. Here are some suggestions to improve the game:
- Make the camera snappier. It was difficult to see where the player would fall.
- Improve level design. I encountered areas where I was either stuck or fell off the map.
- Add ability unlock messages. I wasn't sure when I unlocked abilities & how to use them.
Props to whoever did your cat and animations for the cat. I love cats. I think your levels would be improved with more consideration on the kind of experience you're wanting to deliver at any given moment. Is this moment about teaching a particular mechanic? Is it about discovery? Is it about a super hard challenge? Then finding ways to shape the levels to compliment the intended experience.
Sweet little game, though very rough around the edges.
First off, gameplay. Moving as the cat actually felt really good! One thing I would do is make the cat jump higher/lower depending on how long you hold the jump button, but that's about it. I didn't like the combat a ton, I think this would've done better as just a platformer, without the added complexity of combat mechanics. Player feedback on hitting an enemy/getting hit is nearly nonexistent, a screenshake or zoom in or particle effect, just anything upon being hit/hitting would be rad. You also need to adjust hitboxes to be wayy smaller, typically you give the player as much room for error as possible without it looking weird.
The art is neat! Don't really have anything to add to that. Music is also decent.
About all I've got to say. Keep gamedeving folks!
Such a cutie game. Love how smooth the leap feels (truly like a cat's), makes the jumping feel really fluid and enjoyable. Came across some bugs which made it hard to procced all the way, but from what I managed to play I can say I dig the overall concept and I think with a little more time polishing things you'll have an awesome game. Was refreshing to see gameplay that is centred on dodging and surviving. Would have been nice to have a reset button so you don't have to reload if you get stuck somewhere you can't get out of, which happened a couple of times. Music is a vibe and really compliments to the overall ambience!
