i realize it prevents cheesing all the puzzles, but it feels odd to not have the ability to control yourself midair after a gravity flip. another thing that feels weird: jumping with up!

in terms of control assignments, controller support is always nice (especially for people who find keyboard controls painful) in terms of the loss of control: it would be best to find a way to make the puzzles immune to the cheese, but another approach might be to always remove the ability to control your trajectory after jumping (and apply some scaling factor to the horizontal velocity so that a single jump will never reach all the way across)

Pretty cool game! I like how you incorporated the cheat code as a core mechanic (over something to enter in a console)! The movement is ever so slightly (not by a lot) too rigid. But otherwise, I had a good time playing it and think your sprites are really cute ;)

I also agree with what Emma said, it reminds me a lot like VVVVVV (a great game if you haven't tried it!)

Nice Job and Game On!

Maybe I was doing something wrong, but the horizontal velocity gets zeroed when I change the gravity so I ended up getting stuck - probably just couldn't figure out the puzzle owo~

Either way, what I did see of the game was really neat, the dialogue is quite cute, and the idea of flipping gravity reminds me of one of my all-time favourite games, VVVVVV

Also cat yay >:3c

Yeah, that first part was intentional. Originally you could move while flipping gravity, but then you could skip over every puzzle by constantly flipping back and forth and holding right. Glad you enjoyed it though! :D

Great game! I like the easy "cheat" concept with a simply keyboard shortcut. Also, the built-in tutorial is great! :)

Very cool concept of manipulating gravity to work in your favor! I really like the dialog :)
