Wow! I really enjoyed that.
Super creative take on the theme, and fun to play. The way that using both hands on the keyboard sacrifices your ability to get higher scores is very clever. The art and music are really good, too.
My favorite in the jam. This concept is really cool. I've had a vague idea for an "anti-typing game" that I could never solidify, and this feels like what I was trying to nail down.
so creative and unique!
Very fun game and use of theme! I feel like this would be every typing instructors worst nightmare haha. I like how the use of the lasso forces you to use one hand for the keys.
Thanks for checking it out!
Cool entry! Not a lot of games offer such good finger exercise! It was like Twister but with fingers :D
Nice job
Thanks for playing!
Good straight forward gameplay. The clean UI and fully built out menu is great. I liked the idea of the keys changing for each horse (as others have mentioned), but it was a little hard to see them sometimes. Maybe using caps or larger font would make it more clear, if you decide to continue developing it.
Thanks for giving it a play! I always try to include menus, I find them oddly fun to build and a really good break when building out the core game lol.
Updating the font is definitely something I’m looking towards, as well as utilizing caps instead of lowercase letters to help distinguish stuff like an “i” from a “l”
fun! the mechanic for changing the key for each horse is super clever! i really liked the lasso throwing.
Thanks for checking it out! I probably could have slowed the lasso a tad to show the easing a bit more, but I wanted to keep it relatively “fast”. The game mechanic with the keys for horses was surprisingly easy! It’s just a shared array that the horses check, pull from, then place back into when captured or escaped.
Thanks for checking it out again!
