I like that it is an easy game to start playing, but you could continue playing it for a long time and still be challenged. Customizing your spaceship is always a home run with the audience. :)

The quote by Rita Repulsa at the top of the Design Document got my immediate buy in. :D
I really like the refined palette diversifier direction coupled with the 8-bit art style. Building on the rock, paper, scissors mechanic is a solid direction as well.
How many Mechs are options for the player to play as? How many Kaiju will they have to fight to have played through the game?
Looking forward to playing this game!
The overall concept for this game makes me laugh out loud in delight! This would be really fun to play. The scope is really ambitious, especially the multi-player aspect. Would it be possible to attempt a single player version, where you either play as a witch or a princess and work through a more linear narrative?
Overall, very fun!
I remember the 90s. Great times… :)
This game has a fun feel. Your design doc seems to have a good handle on what you need to do. I think the choice paralysis on the music would be one of the biggest challenges to overcome for me personally.
I also have the same question as Khaprani, did we have “lofi” in the 90s?
Wow! I haven’t read “The Lottery” since junior high. Great concept.
It looks like you have considered a lot of the requirements for the game in your design doc.
-One challenge I can see is creating the narrative, 3D asset, and voice for a large number of townspeople. I think it is doable but I feel like scope creep could become an issue here.
-I think the prototype will help you discover where to limit the narrative. Limitations help us find more creative solutions and ultimately better end products.
I look forward to playing the game. This is a great concept.
