I'm either unlucky or really bad at this, but it's cool, either way! Maybe a little more explanation of what you're supposed to do would help give RTS noobs like me a fighting chance. :)
Thanks for playing, and I'm glad you still liked it :)
I've added a "tips" section to the game's page, which I think should help for getting past the first few waves...
Thanks! I did much better this time! :D
Great! :D
Really enjoyed playing this - I'll be interested to take a look at the source code and reading more about "functional core, imperative shell" architecture.
That's great to hear! Just drop me a line if like to ask more details about how I used "functional core, imperative shell" :)
Very original idea. Would have loved a little more terrain to add a strategic layer. And maybe more logic to the metor rain / raiding parties
Thanks for playing! Yeah, I went to through to the last minute setting up the engine and the basic AI for the orcs, and I would have really loved to add some extra strategic elements. I was planning buildings/resources/upgrades, but more terrain types would be cool too :)
This is cool! Challenging, but I like it! Neat to have a kind of real time strategy game, I loved taking care of my little orcs, RIP little buddies...
;'( I know eh... Thanks for playing and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Hmm, I wasn't sure if Iw as really playing it correctly, but it seems neat! I included it in my LowRezJam compilation, if you’d like to take a look :)
:) Thanks for playing my game! Yeah, you need more orcs to help build faster. If you let the first orc concentrate on building the first building, then more orcs will arrive once that building is done.
(And sorry for not making any of the buttons clickable! Just not quite enough time...)
