Did you work in a team?
No - all assets were created by me.

Was the resolution a challenge?
Yes - art was difficult to create due to the resolution, and due to limits with Unity, I could not upscale the 64*64 resolution correctly for the build. Apologies.

What did you learn?
I learnt how to create a platform game for the first time, and how to create a better one in the future. I also learnt how to work on tighter deadlines and how important it is to create a decent engine.

I played through the game, and I think you did a great job on what you were trying to accomplish, I just think that for how simple the gameplay is, it needed a wider variety of hazards and enemies that have to be reacted to differently. What you do have is a lot of fun though. Good work!

I don't get what the developer wanted this game to feel like. The mechanics are well implemented and the game looks and sounds good, but there's no sense of agency, The player does nothing, other than spam z/x, and maybe turn if they can see where they teleported before they're shot. Enemies don't telegraph and there's no way to predict teleportation so luck greatly outweighs any player action.

Interesting take on a platform game, it felt a bit difficult at times but still beatable, you have just enough time to figure out where you are and which direction you're facing and strike so alot of the time it feels like you only have one chance, I feel this game has some potential though.

Gameplay mechanic was very interesting, made me feel really powerful. Maybe too powerful. If I could walk around, and the teleport ability had a longer cool down, and the enemies walked around a little bit too, it might be more challenging. All in all, a really cool game jam game. Nice job!
