Did you work in a team?
I worked on this project alone.
Was the resolution a challenge?
Because of the extra low resolution during gameplay I had to rely on colors more than usual so I had to be extra careful to choose colors which can be differentiated by people with colorblindness.
It was also hard to fit all the text on the screen especially since the title of the game is so long! To overcome this I made the game be 64x64 in the menu and 32x32 during gameplay.
What did you learn?
I have made some low resolution games before but never as low resolution as this one! Since making art usually takes a long time, this gamejam made me able to focus on coding more. In the future I might make low resolution prototypes to test out game ideas before I make them into a full game.

This is a first rate puzzle game and a fun twist on a classic. Each level builds neatly on the concepts from the previous ones and the minimalistic graphics are just right without any clutter. Nice understated use of sound too.
Loved this game! One of my favourites so far! Very simple mechanics and great level design! It really made me think a lot, and I played for quite a while! I have just one suggestion: please add an undo button :)
Freaking addictive :D Spent a lot of time in this game. Interesting mix of mechanics.
It must have been difficult to develop this. So much testing. I like puzzles and this was a good one. -oneak
Man, I am racking my brain trying to think if this concept has been done before, but I can't think of anything. It reminds me of some of the ice levels in Chip's Challenge, but Chip wasn't a snake.
Excellent work on this. Controls are smooth, puzzle concepts are introduced gradually, graphics look really clean, and progress saves. Feels like a forgotten classic.
My one and only complaint is that the titles of the levels stay on screen a little long.
The graphics are extremely minimal and they work perfectly for this type of game. A really nice take on the old Snake Byte/SNAFU style game. Great work!
