I really like the ideas behind the mechanics. You really need to plan out your shot in order to fuck the enemies up :) Nice job.
thanks so much :)
cool XD
I didn't expect the mechanic could be this fun XD
and the graphic is good ^^
Thanks neither did I xD
Fun arcade game, congrats for making it in two days as your first Love game !
thanks I had a blast :)
Once I got used to what I was supposed to do, it was pretty fun planning my positions and use of the alternating 'bullet buddies'.
A bonus that this runs on my r36S game console too! I'm going to be firing it up some more during my commute home to see if I can get better at it. :)
thanks I’m pretty happy with how it came out, hoping to put some work into expanding it soon.
How do you get it to run on a r36s? That’s so cool
The love binary is precompiled in the R36S (ArkOS) so it runs .love files just by having them in an SD card! It is really fun especially if you are making games that benefit from things like D-pads and joysticks.
wow that’s so cool I’ll have to get myself one and give it a go
I kind of thought this was as rhythm game at first until I understood. Nice visuals and cool idea. I could see this expanded upon a bit and being super sick!
could be a great idea to make it work to the beat
Yeah I’m hoping to expand and refine it a bit soon
Thanks for playing it and for the feedback
A simple yet fun game! I saw that this was your first love2d game, great job making it!
Thanks I had a great time making it, love2d is great
Very VERY fun game! I really enjoyed the visual and the arcade nature :)
The thing that confused me the most is that I didn't know what projectile I would've thwump, since I kept thinking I needed to use the circled one. It may have simply been a skill issue, tho.
Once again, really really fun! Congrats on your submission :)
Thanks so much, yeah I agree with the comment on clarity of the projectiles, something definitely to work on
Thanks again :)
