Very cool game! At first I liked the idea of not seeing the whole level at once and instead would simple like to know where the end goal was in relation the the start, however as the levels got more complicated I would have preferred to been able to see the whole level at once. Reminded me a bit of games like Myst or The Room series, I could definitely see these mechanics being one or multiple of those puzzles. Great work on this!
I can see this being a mechanic for a dungeon in a game. Struggled a bit in widescreen as it reduces the field of view even further.
Quite enjoyed it, and the theme was on par. Would be nice to zoom the camera out a little if that wasn't already available. I wasn't quite sure I was making it to the exit if I hit the green spot? Excellent job.
The game is really well done and looks amazing. My only real gripe is that having the whole scene rotate all the time is extremely disorienting. I suppose it simulates how frustrating it would be to be in the character's position, but by the same token, the player is supposed to be solving the puzzle, and it's very hard to do that with a limited view of the world that spins around all the time. Still, this one is excellent overall.
Really cool game and nice idea to match the theme. I love puzzle games like this, but I felt it could have benefitted from having a mini map or something. That way I'd have a general idea of where I'm aiming for, and would feel more like a puzzle than just randomly guessing. In any case, great job!
One of the few games in the jam made with Unreal, props for that! I like the animation and overall look of the game a lot. The levels are fun and so is the mechanic of swapping around different rooms. I would suggest making a pause menu though, as I pressed esc while looking for the pause key and accidentally exited in the middle of a puzzle. But the game was still fun to play, good job!
Not sure how this game hasn't garnered more attention. Is this unreal? Great movement and camera work. Lighting is awesome
