  • This game is really cute and the concept is funny. You are building a pair of stilts while the dogs keep chewing them down. It's a fun take on the theme. I like the art, as well as the music choice. I just wish it was a bit more cohesive (the chihuahuas look different each time, the pixel art style changes, etc). The game window and UI could use some polish though. The intro cut scene is a nice idea! I really like it. However, the game quite literally takes less time to finish than the intro. It seems that gaining height goes much faster than losing it, so the game was surprisingly easy despite the amount of dogs. There's also no escaping the dogs by jumping, as jumping leaves the stilts on the ground -- that was unexpected to me. Overall, the game could use some improvement in the balance (no pun intended).

The intro and graphics are fire, butI feel like the game lacks depth but still a good onee.

Cool game, I love the funny story intro, ending, and game over!

  • The effect when you get a branch pickup is very disorienting. The sound and camera motion was making me think I did something wrong. When the player gets a powerup you want them to feel super good.
  • The smoke effect and dogs barking is confusing. Focus on things that matter to the player because otherwise it can be distracting. Sometimes just removing certain things from your game can improve it, less is more.
  • Maybe when you jump the stilts could go with you into the air, so you can jump over dogs.
  • There could be some stuff to avoid in the air when you are jumping around to add more challenge.

A bit too easy, would be more fun if the chihuahuas chewed off a few more zancos units. Big props to the dude for T posing on stilts.

Awesome game. I really like the background graphics. I easily won first try, it would be cool if there was some higher skill factor to avoid the dogs. Great job, very creative and thematic.
