Absolutely adore the concept and execution of this game!

Grimsby's dash attack along with both of Hyacinth's attacks were so incredibly fun to make use of. The way each member of the team had their own strengths and weaknesses was fantastic and actually had me using all 3 which is pretty difficult to do in games like this. Generally there will always be that one member that is super overpowered compared to the rest but this game manages each member well!

One of my favorite games I've ever played is "Kid Icarus: Uprising" and the interactions between the chimera heads here are very reminiscent of the interactions between the heads of the hewdraw in chapter 3 of that game. Thus I love the writing not only because it is genuinely well written but also because I'm biased since it reminded me of one of my favorite games.

This was definitely the most fun of all the games I've played for the jam thus far. Also +1 point for me being biased to the Fire Emblem pfp.

Thanks for playing! I didn't realise it until now, but the Hewdraw comparison is very accurate haha!

I absolutely love this :)  Hyacinth's first line, "... this forest is rather small. I am afraid I cannot see why this is worth our while at all." had me looking for similar rhymes from her throughout.  I love their bickering and I had a lot of fun figuring out how to get them to put their heads together!

That being said, operating all three of these characters at the same time certainly took some getting used to!  A fantastic jam, and I really look forward to seeing more!  Jam on, High Lord!

i like the varity of attacks

took me some minutes to master them all.
i won
my favourite quote was :

"one hit me from 12 years"

here are my suggestions :

make an effect for red second attack.

make a playable tutorial with each head alone.

also please don't forget to rate my game if you haven't

Nicely done! The mechanic of switching between heads to access different attacks for multiple styles of fighting is really cool. Visuals were nice, especially the pixel art for the enemies and final boss. Impressive work including all of that dialogue and story as well!

I really like the banter between the three characters. I bet that took time to actually implement! I also was pleasantly surprised by the existence of a boss. It felt well balanced. If you wanted to improve it, however, I would imagine a good place to start would be working on adding additional sounds for different attacks. That would add a lot to the enjoyment. Good job!

Fun stuff. The three very different characters being attached to the same body was well done. Hyascinth is so condescending in the best way haha.

I think if you keep working on it, a playable tutorial would be useful. 3 modes, each with 2 different attacks, all with different effects and recharge times is a LOT to throw at players all at once.

But overall, great concept, great style, great game.

Thanks!
