Nice idea and interesting mechanics even though I got a bit lost at the beginning... to finally just win win and WIN XD.

Developer

Ha ha ha.  I'm glad you overcame the difficulty, or did you just get lucky ;P

Developer

I was going to play and rate your game, but it seems you unfortunately just missed the deadline.  Ouch, it's so easy to do, given how short the game jam was.  Better luck next time.

BTW, how did you manage to find all those people to work with?  I'm guessing you're the producer.  Did you hire them?

I am producer to be hopefully very soon! :D I hired nobody. I just placed an ad at a board in a Discord channel of devs in my country for this Jam 🤓

Honestly I have no idea what was happening but I like the sound and graphical effects. It's hard to aim where you want the masses to go as they're moving but still cool overall.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback.  If you click on the i (information) icon in the corner, it's a long description of what's going on and tells you exactly what to do.

Definitely a cool take on growth!  I guess I had an evil streak and was wrecking my planet until I realized what I needed to do, haha.  Trying to get some of the slow moving masses to collide with targets was super challenging.

One thing I might suggest is turning down the volume of the SFX - the explosion was deafeningly loud compared to the music and actually spooked me the first time it happened.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback.  I think it's the circular paths, of the planets, that make it so challenging.

I'm sorry about the volume.  Definitely not my intention to deafen people!

really nice game! The graphics were amazing, and the game was really fun. Well done!

Developer

Thanks a lot.  I'm glad you liked it!

i like the mechanics that you made. i try to kill a planet but he stay very small and can´t detroy it :(, i suggest make more planets, with less live, and the one of the center become more big when explode the others :).. big hug

Developer

Nice try.  To destroy another planet, you need to grow your target planet until it engulfs the rival.

I actually did code the game such that the player loses if their planet gets too small.  I don't know why I didn't apply that to the other planets too.  I guess it must have slipped my mind, which is understandable given the short duration of the game jam.

Thanks for the feedback.

It looks and feels so epic, the sound is very good O:

Thanks a lot.  I spent like 3 hours looking for music and sound effects, so it's nice to know it was appreciated!

it's not really difficult, it only has infuriating controls.

This game made me realize i'm  bad at calculating trajectories. The visuals look really clean/nice and polished and the audio is great! Very good geam!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback.  Don't feel bad about it, even I found it difficult!  I think it's because the target is on a circular path.
