The game runs just fine and once you realise how to play it's a bit better, though it gets very hard rather fast. The game could do with a bit better instruction on how to play. Just saying "This is Tower of Hanoi" doesn't help if you don't know what that game is, and it's a bit hard to figure out which are supposed to be the smaller/larger pieces the higher stages you get. Is it based on sides? Is it based on space? Colour? There's nothing telling you so it ends up being a frustrating experience, unfortunately.

The lack of sound is a bit of a bummer, too. Something to tap along to or help you get into the groove would be useful.

The idea is solid, but the execution needs a little more explanation and polish. Having the HELP link to a web page definitely doesn't help, either.

The core of the game is there. You could improve it by adding some game feel like music, particles, animations etc. Keep going!

The concept is nice, but not much the execution. It lacks of feedbacks and the graphics is too simple. It is fun anyway.

For what it is, it is good. Not very original, but hey, there is nothing wrong with that sometimes. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if a notification for clearing the level popped up once you beat it with the option to go to the next one.

I have no idea what to do. I've rearranged the blocks horizontally but there is no "You win screen" or "Level complete". I suggest you add that.

I'm sorry for my poor expression. When all the pieces are rearranged within the limit of moves which is displayed at the top of the screen, the OK button is displayed at the bottom. That's all.

Basically you need to put the 'smaller' shapes on top of the larger ones. So a rectangle should be on the bottom and an oval on top. You can't have the small shape on the bottom or in between two larger shapes, though they can be on top of each other. It's like that cone game you play as a kid where you have the rubber rings and have to put the smaller rings on the bigger ones. Except without knowing which of the shapes counts as smaller to each other. Hope that helps!
