Hi there! Thank you for putting this game out there. I enjoyed the mechanics and I loved the visuals and different animations on the enemies. Unfortunately I repeatedly encountered an issue where the game would register that there were still 2 enemies alive making it impossible for me to progress to the next level (I was playing A1.6). I would have really liked an increase to the money as enemies were killed rather than just at the end of each level so that I could have upgraded or built new towers during the levels. Overall a solid and fun tower defense game!

Yes, I won the game 😁!

Gameplay
Nice tower defense gameplay. Although I did win during the first game 😁. A slightly higher difficulty and more waves would have been nice. Or maybe just an algorithm that allows you to send endless waves and you just have to try to hold on for as long as possible.

Despite that, it was fun to tactically place the towers and upgrade them 🙂. As several people have already mentioned below: the upgrade screen of the towers is a bit confusing. It is not immediately clear which choices you can click and how often. This could be improved.

Graphics
Nice low poly graphics that fit well together. The effects were also nice and gave it extra shine. The animations and the way the upgrades looked is also a plus as the effects when hitting & kills. The upgrade screen could have been a bit bigger. At 4K it was still fairly small.

Audio
Good background music and the effects when shooting gave a good atmosphere.

Theme
Tower defense fits well with enhance. Especially with upgrade possibilities of your towers.

Devlog
Present, but a bit short 😉. Next time maybe a little more explanation but still good that it was there.

Overall a job very well done by the team. Keep up that good work in next Jams 💪!

Love a good tower defence , the map worked really well with tower placements. I liked how you could upgrade the towers but I'm not 100% sure how I was upgrading them besides the attack and speed. I would probably use a bit more text in that sense , but still a fun game I played till the end.

I had a few bugs where round 5 showed two enemies left, but third try lead to victory.  I liked how customizable the towers were, not sure I fully understood the ramifications of any of my choices with them though, like the cannon not being able to shoot the pink dudes? Definitely think that once you choose a type or an element the others get greyed out so you don't think you can purchase them anymore. A minor thing: music seemed a little quiet in game, especially compared to the menu music.

All in all it's a really solid start to a tower defense game, which is great to see in a jam! it's tough when technical things like previews and grids take up valuable time that you wanted to use on the gameplay side of things, but this is still a complete thing, so that's pretty great :)

Now this here looks really polished. Good Work!

One thing that can be updated maybe is that the Player at times is too overpowered, balancing needs to be tempered with a bit. other than that cool UI

It was fun to play, but the icons in the interface didn't always make it clear what upgrades I could buy. Anyway, good work.
