GAMEPLAY
Nice game concept with the time pressure from the star adding an extra dimension. The buttons could maybe use some explanation to improve usability and understand the goal better to get the exotic. The spacebar helps to speed things up a bit and made it less waiting.

ART STYLE / VISUALS
The planet screens were nice background, and the main screen, while simple, was effective. Maybe some more VFX would enhance the experience.

AUDIO / SOUND DESIGN
The space-themed ambiance music was fitting and enhanced the overall atmosphere.

INNOVATION
Not really applicable

THEME
The theme of isolation was only lightly touched upon.

Nice fun game to play. Some updates could improve the gameplay Good job! đź’Ş

Good idea for a game. Although I really had a lot of trouble understanding what I had to do when I started. Seeing all this information and buttons when landing on a planet is a little overwhelming. It would be nice to have some kind of explanation or tutorial.

I liked this game! I broke out a notepad to write down what the materials were for each component and that gave me a pretty good idea of what to prioritize. Good work!

Interesting game, very original concept. At first it was, at least for me, a bit confusing. If  you polish more the concepts and the pixel art it will be a very great game. Good job!!

Cool concept, I like the idea of the clicker type progression game with the time constraints and resource management. The production needs some balancing variance though, as everything seems to produce at the same rate, which gets to be an issue because the lowest base materials you need to build many of the other resources becomes a bottleneck (carbon was a big one for me, but water and electrolytes as well since those also serve as possible fail conditions). Also, having planets that are the only place to get certain materials explode with no warning meant that the run was over at that point, even if I didn't realize it yet, and sometimes I would travel to a planet but just before I arrive get there it looped over and would result in a much longer travel time. Finally, after failing once when I press start game again I just meet a blank screen and had to reload the page to be able to start a new game. Overall, fun game with cool ideas, but needs a lot of polish and fine tuning to make the ideas synergize.

Played and rated!

I liked the concept of the game, however the transmutation mechanics was a bit weird to understand at first. Also when I knew you could press space to speed up transmutation it changed completely how I understood the game and it got more interesting. Only stumbled upon it when looking at the description of the page sadly.

Congrats on finishing your game :)

Would appreciate if you check out and rate our game as well:

It took a bit to get my bearings, but I like the kind of idle/clicker game combined with time pressure idea. Having some explanations about what was going on might’ve helped. It seems like the only planet(s?) that make coolant get destroyed pretty quick, so if you don’t just immediately make a bunch I think you lose? Not sure. I made it to 19 exotics with a 20th on the way when I ran out.

The planets rotating around was really confusing, I didn’t realize they were the same ones in my first attempt. Trying to fly to one and having it loop around the screen so then your ship has to fly way up to reach it feels less like a designed challenge and more like a bug? If they loop around, why can’t I? The idea of the planets not always being exactly the same distance from each other and having to prioritize where to return to each is a really solid idea though.

Definitely a nice start here
