Game Description
In Expendable Adventurer, knights delve into a perilous crypt, seeking treasure. As they die, they leave notes for each other in the hopes that even one makes it through.
How does your game tie into the theme?
I tried to make "Unintended Consequences" an element of the level design. Elements like coins, monsters, and traps are individually predictable, but some of the ways they interact quickly spiral into chaos.

I'd love to play this game, but I am completely unable to get past the starting message. I believe there's a button at the bottom I'm supposed to press, but it is outside of the window. If you have a tip as to how to get past this, I'll edit my comment with thoughts on the actual game.
The music and art make for a cool atmosphere! I like your typing re-spawn mechanic. I really struggled with the platforming though, as some of the jumps and traps were insanely hard to get past.. A lot of great individual elements here, and with some balancing and reworking of mechanics, you could have a really fun adventure game. nice job!
Beautiful graphics. I’m afraid the slow movement, punishing hit boxes of the hazards, and slow respawn mechanic made it a chore to play. With some control tweaks I think it could be fun.
Hi! Game cant be played in browser and downloads are for web version only? Hope you get it fixed. Good luck!
FWIW, I played it in browser just now.
Important information: The image of the game does not scale with the window size. I have Full HD and almost couldn't press the button at the bottom. I had no chance in windowed mode.
In itself it's a creative idea with the tapping, unfortunately I don't find it a fun mechanic. I also find the jumping physics unpleasant, but the concept is really refreshing (:
