I thought the background music sounded really great! Seeing the different outcomes when they made offers was fun, nice job on this one!

Oooo the itch page is really pretty, and so is all of the art. I like the animation when the customer approach the counter. In the first conversation the speaker’s face was cut off cause it scrolled down to the books? I was having a little trouble figuring out the controls at first, but I slowly got the hang of it. I think adding prompts in game on how to scroll the book, and having a definitive button to click to switch between the inspection and the customer would be nice. I like the art factoids in the books. At one point the inspection overlay got a bit stuck:

I like the story elements through the phone calls, and the overall atmosphere of the antique shop. The calming music made this a very chill and peaceful game. Overall great work!

Really lovely game with a nice nod to Papers Please. I loved most things about it. It's chill relaxed gameplay, the main story arch and subplots. The graphics and light background music mixed with unobtrusive sound effects. Very nice balance

There were some bugs with the inspection area and books that took a bit of the shine off the rest of the game. Also I wasn't really that aware of how good my decisions were despite the brief report at the end. Still, really enjoyed playing this game and would say you've aced it.

Wonderful! I gave five stars for originality, cleverly thought-out narrative that was well-executed. I really felt the pressure at times. Awesome entry to the game jam!

that's a cool entry! I think some of the controls could be a bit more clean/responsive, but the artstyle and the story were really nice. Good job!
