How does your game tie into the theme?
It's inspired by Britannia Folklore, plus I tried to add elements thats could be considered lore of the game.

The shop is a really nice touch to make you want to come back and play some more. I didn't immediately understand what was going on even if I knew what the controls were. Would be nice to start with a tutorial section explaining things. I enjoyed the art style and sound effects

Fun game, the shop works pretty good (what does the last upgrade do?), the music fits the theme well, and the graphics are fun too .The planet is a nice touch :) Maybe some animation for the Korrigan(?) would be good.

Very enjoyable, big nostalgia hit from the old flash game era as mentioned below 'Learn to Fly' I remember playing that for longer than I should have.  I was compelled to get all the upgrades and try and beat my best launch. It would have been cool to tie in more of the Brittany specific folklore, but it was great, good work.

Hello! and ty for your comment!
The more I try to  participate in jams the more I realize how important the flash era has been in my love of video-game. The inspiration for this one was mostly coming from "Yeti sport: flamingo drive" but after seeing comments mentionning it I took a look at "Learn to Fly" and I indeed remember playing it when I was younger.
It truly makes me happy if it made you think even just a little bit of these types of game, since I have so many memories of playing it as a child :)

I'd say this is the most underrated submission of this jam.
It's so much fun to sling that little due to flying! lol
The shop mechanism is also well-built. Great entry for sure!

P.S. Those dang trolls tho... Man, are they in my way every time.

I'd say this is the nicest comment someone left under one of my games :) Thank you

Well, you earned it, at least from me!

fun idea, I really like the addition of the shop, actually makes you wanna play it for more than a few throws, also the bounce on the giants is pretty fun too, found myself laughing when I got launched back

Very fun little slingshot game

i got to ~16km. It felt a little bit like pinball but with even less control.

Fun idea! Reminds me of some old flash games like Learn to Fly. I got stuck between two ogres and had to restart lol. I think that sometimes the controls are a bit unintuitive, when I try to launch myself at 45 degrees it ends up sending me straight up.

I liked the art style and the theme, and the music is fun too! Overall good job :)
