This game is very unsettling. As others have said, it feels incomplete. Is there a story?

Developer(+1)

Not really, we overshoot a little! but Daverinoe manage to give it a cool ambience, it was supposed to be a little bit more clear and with more immersive mechanics, inspired on the whacky style, but yeah it's pretty much a experience.

Developer(+1)

Not yet, but there’ll be some kind of narrative to it after I finish it.

lighting problems, in some places you can't see anything and it's not clear what's going on with the eggs. But I like the idea, keep it up!

Developer

Which build were you playing? The web export definitely has those issues

Submitted(+1)

Oh... Okay, well, then I'm gonna have to reevaluate

Super interesting concept but obviously a bit difficult to really gauge given the incompleteness. Even some basic form of feedback about whether you got it right would have been nice.

Between fleshing that out and improving the UI theme and what-not, I think you could have a really neat game here.

Nice job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks!

It’s definitely the plan to flesh it all out. I thought I had an extra hour where I was going to squeeze in some lights or something to tell you if you got it correct, but daylight savings got me!

Thanks for playing!

Cool game, reminded me of some Mike Klubnika's game

Developer(+1)

Thanks! High praise, I love his games.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks you for the compliment! I love those games.

short & a bit confusing experience about correctly handling the eggs we harvest from a flesh wall. Really interesting concept! I had a little trouble with the controls and encountered a bug where an egg was stuck to my hand and I couldn't get rid of it :o It reminds me of Mike Klubnika's games with the camera angle switches and the crunchy claustrophibic environment

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I love Mike Klubnika’s games, and the general feel of those definitely had an impact on how my game was made.

So weird about that bug, I haven’t encountered that one yet! A reparent must have failed.

Thanks for playing!

Really want to know what those eggs are used for; and what happens if I just send infected eggs to whoever receives them.

Developer

Me too! It’ll be wild to find out.

Thanks for playing!

What do you mean "More meaningful scary ambience"? It's PLENTY SCARY already.
The first game I played this jam that didn't explain what or how we got there, and its a plus point in this context. What are in the eggs? Who am I delivering to? I'm hooked to find out more!

I do hope you continue building on this. I think there's a lot of potential here for a experiential narrative game.

Edit: Also, personal thanks to fetse for catching a gamebreaking bug in my game before release. Appreciate it :D

Developer

Thanks so much!

It will definitely be interesting to find out what’s happening to the eggs.

Thanks for playing!

This has a really great atmosphere, and an interesting gameplay loop. Would love to see a full version of this.

Developer

Thanks so much!

I am planning on finishing this one off, but we’ll see how I go with the post-jam fugue :D

Thanks for playing!
