I like the look, feel, sound, and vibe to the game. I especially loved the way you had different difficulty options. The logo, while simple, looks great. I think you could make something out of it, if you chose to.

A few things I noticed:

  • The game crashed twice on me before I could load it. After that it ran fine even after closing it, could be something on my PC, but I felt like I should note it.
  • Using the mouse to pan was expected, I would like to see it  with the keyboard as well.
  • I have problems with the movement. I kept getting stuck, and had a hard time judging if I could  click to move to certain locations. I am not sure if it is the fog of war, pathfinding, or the not being in the correct phase.
  • Speaking of phases, a better explanation of the phases would be useful. For example, what is plan phase? Why does some of them move faster than others? Is it for the player, the enemies, and/or both.

Overall, I enjoyed the game, and it has some very strong points.

I really dig the PS1 graphics, and the atmospheric sounds are great.

The limited movement range is a little frustrating though, and the contrast between the floor/fog/walls took a little time to get used to.

I really like the concept however. I've heard of a similar system to try and do multiplayer roguelikes, and it's really cool to see that it works in practice.

Great atmosphere! I never could figure out how to shoot for some reason – I had ammo, and saw a crosshair hovering over an enemy, but when I clicked I just heard a (cylinder-spinning?) sound and nothing happened. I liked the concept of the timed-turn-based gameplay though.

Damn, the atmosphere is awesome.  And the PS1 style graphics... muah 👌!

My only complain would be the turn base system for movement, it got quite frustrating at times.

This looks like a nice title, certainly gives me Dungeon Keeper vibes.
I like the visual style of low-res. The OST might be a little too repetitive with drone sounds, but it works with atmosphere.
The game's also unforgivingly hard. Good job overall!

  • five seconds in: woah, cool!
  • thirty seconds in: what the actual hell?!?
  • three minutes in, out of ammo and chased by three floating flame-head-things: WHAT THE ACTUAL--
  • after dying: woah, cool!!

really impressive project, original gameplay! well done!
