The idea and concept is very cool, reminded me of the classic Elite games by David Braben.

It was however quite hectic and the endless button mashing (which gives you very little energy, too) wasn’t very fun after a short while. This was the main problem, I think the game otherwise would be extremely fun.

To start off, I think the art is nice, especially the planets. The basic layout of controls are well thought out and the instructions for the game are nice and clear…

Holy moly, though, those controls! As far as the mechanics, everything works exactly as you describe, from what I can see, but the controls… I think there are two things that make this game near impossible for me. The first is how little energy you get from clicking the energy button. The second is how many shots it takes to destroy a single Fox or asteroid. Combine these issues and the game was near on impossible for me. Then you have two or more “bad guys” on the screen…

In general, I think this game has something to it, but I think the mechanics, as they stand, just make the game near impossible.

One thought I had was maybe if the ship buttons were mapped to the keyboard and the turret controls to the mouse the game may have been far easier to handle.

Like I said, estheticly this game looks really good and I can see a nice game in there, but, for me at least, the control scheme when traveling makes the game mostly unplayable.

Interesting game, but definitely too hard for me. Too much things uses electricity and too little electricity is created when clicking. Also the fox ships would fly up above where I can shoot? I couldn't figure that one out. But it's pretty nice and it could be great with some more work!

I really like the system of ordering missions and upgrades. This kind of system makes me want to do more. I thought it would be more fun if it had music.

Probably my favorite of the ones I've played so far.  This is a game I would have played a ton of during my internet/flash game addiction years.

That being said, the turret controls did feel a bit slow to me at first, but I got used to it real quick and I think there could be some more visible feedback when you shoot one of the ships/asteroids.
