Updating games after the deadlines & submitting the game

Ey fam, two questions:

1. Is it possible to update fixbugs, change soundtracks etc after we submit and after the end of the end line? I'm mega excited for this GWJ, because I was always late for the last 2 and this time may make it.

2. In order to submit and everything to be good to go, can I submit a dummy before the deadline and then update it afterwards? The first time I was late by a couple of minutes. Are there any tips and tricks for this which are suitable for a newbie?

Bonus: Why we need to submit 3 different versions? I think the HTML version is good to go as far as the game is browser-playable?

1. Kind of, minor bugfixes are generally accepted if you can prove that they impact the experience in a major way. Please make sure you mark future uploads as FIX or 1.1 or similar to show that it is not the vanilla upload.

2. No. No tricks. A dummy is fine, but don't submit something that is not finished yet. Update your dummy and then submit it to the jam when you're done.

Bonus. HTML5 covers all platforms, totally fine substitute.

I assume it is ok to keep submitting versions before the end of time?
