Very interesting the evolution and gameplay in first person, I found the challenge very engaging! Good job!
I liked your concept of using different character controllers for the different animals, that was a great use of the theme. The controls were a little bit slidey and floaty, the music was good, I liked the side wiping menu screen, that was a nice touch, though I think you need to change the screen scaling stretch mode so it can be fullscreened, I could see the next page of the menu when I did :D
i think if you added a timer it would be better because this is a nice game to speed run.
and also level 3 for the frog character is impossible because i can't seem to beat it. maybe i just suck at it.
but it is still a very fun game!
It would be a nice addition if you could branch out or upgrade abilities with evolution points or something. I like how the flying frog level had more platforms that looked viable, making it a bit of a puzzle to figure out where the next platform were.

The two things I could have asked for are a timer to see how fast I could speed run it, and more levels :)
