Fun gameplay, but I didn't understand how it fits with evolution.
Looks beautiful, but the camera... It was hard to play in close areas where cameras went outside the walls. I can't see anything. But other staff like upgrading, key bindings is awesome and I will happy to see continue
Cool entry, and very nice to have custom keybinds.
I also like the presentation, these 3d models are nice, and the fact you gave each enemy its own color scheme makes for quick distinction when in the middle of the action.
My main issue is the difficulty balance, the fire attacks don't seam to do a whole lot of damage or have that much range even after the upgrade so i found it quite hard to kill enemies without taking massive damage, i managed to reach "brain drain" on normal difficulty but got overwhelmed imediately and couldn't do anything with the mage draining my power. Another small issue is the camera that tends to clip through walls when too close.
Now with that said the game's still good, i feel it doesn't need all that much ironing out cause the base mechanics like the aiming and movement are pretty solid as is.
Overall well done :)
This was fun! Thanks very much for the keybinds, jams are tough on lefties in general!
It was a fun game and the spells were fun. I especially liked the dash/invincibility.
Having the abilities as evolve unlocks instead of upgradables that are unlocked from start could be better for the theme.
Figuring out how to win was very fun! Yeah, I won. 😎
This was a lot of fun! I wish the fireball had been a longer-range projectile rather than just exploding right in front of me, but Raze Ground ended up being a LOT of fun to use. Some careful maneuvering behind pillars to get everyone into range, jump into the air, and hold right mouse button, and it was laughter-inducing every time. Nice job!
Cool stuff, definitely potential for the game to grow. Would have liked the power to raise quicker to make it harder to keep it down.
congrats and respect that you build something in 3D. that's always way harder than doing 2D!
i like the jump mechanic, but you really need some more hit indications for the player. the cam also clips through the walls, which makes navigating a bit hard :-)
again, congrats!
Super ambitions to be done so well in 3d! Had some issues with the camera getting stuck in the walls but other than that it was very well done.
