I've played a few different 1st person games in this jam, and the idea of the dice being affected by what direction you're facing is one of the more interesting ideas. As some people have mentioned, it would be nice for the dice to rotate, so that you can't just stand at one side of the room the whole time to get your full 6 damage.

My only criticism is the polish, but have seen that you ran into issues. It would be great to have a satisfying sound effect, for example.

But ultimately, this was a really cool concept, and there's something always fun about taking down a horde of skeletons.

It's really rough around the edges, but this is way more fun than it has any right to be! I genuinely laughed and freaked out. This concept has a lot of potential. It needs a LOT of work to be more than a prototyped concept, but what's there is genuinely VERY fun. I saw lots of other games that looked way more polished and were honestly just BORING. It's so much easier to polish a fun but broken game than it is to add fun to a polished and smooth game.

So glad this ended up in my random queue! :D

technical feedback: the main menu didn't like my 3440x1440 monitor.

Thank you for the feedback, we're really glad someone enjoys it as much as we do! We sadly didn't have any time to add polish due to complications with scheduling, but we may take the concept and iterate on it in the future.

Bonerific!

It wouldve been cool if the dice rotated on its own slowly so the best direction to shoot from would change over time

Interesting concept.

Would be more fun if the weapon is fully auto.

I love this mechanic. Although presented in a very basic way, it has amazing potential in a finished game. Dying is a bit broken and the game captures your cursor when you return to the main menu, but otherwise the game plays well.
