Okay for some reason the game runs really slowly on my machine. ^^' It takes a lot of resources, displays only about 5 frames per seconds, and half of the collisions don't work. Not an optimal setting.

The premise seems fun though! Would need more polish sure, but for a game made in 8 hours, it's already something! It even has some kind of in-game tutorial, which was surprising! I wasn't able to score any point unfortunately. But congrats for putting this together in a so short amount of time!

I enjoyed my play time, the idea is really cool and the gameplay is fun. Maybe making the terrain more slippy would make it even better

Developer

You're right, that's a nice idea! Thanks :D

Very interesting concept, I was not expecting to play a game like this but with dices haha!

I think the faces of the dice representing the number of point the dice will score is a clever way of pushing the player to try harder shots, to take risks to gain more points!

The only problem I have with those dices is that they don't bounce on walls, so they all end up stuck against some wall and it becomes really hard to push them in an interesting direction. Maybe making the faces of the dices slightly spherical would help them roll better also, to really change the number displayed on the top face every time they are hit.

But still, very creative way of thinking, well done!

Appreciate the feedback, thanks a lot for trying ! And yes, I think it's possible to do great things with that idea but it's aking a lot of focus on the physics to have something very funny

Playing pool game with cubes instead of balls is a little painful for my taste.

Developer

I aggry ahah
It would need a lot of time to have a physics giving a really good feeling, I think

I really like this take on a classic game! Would love to see the idea developed further with other modes like you and the opponent can only hit evens/odds. Nice job!

Developer

Great idea ! I had a lot of ideas but not sure if I'm going to update the project soon, but one day maybe !
