Were the dice rolls really random ? I had two rolls where I ended up with six identical dice. I don't know the odds for that. :-)

You asked for ideas in your description. One thing we considered for a dice rolling game was to allow the opponent to roll loaded dice, and as a player to be able to accuse the opponent of that; with consequences if you're right or not. That could make for a twist in your game perhaps ?
