The game looks lovely, well polished and fun to play. Definitely could use some more guidance on what the player is to do exactly though. I figured it out, but it took a few tries before I got the hang of it. Also it is very difficulty right now with the short timeframe you get to react. I was able to beat the game after trying a bunch of times, but a little more of an indicator of what's coming or maybe a bit more time to react would be neat. Or a difficulty setting even!
Still, it was fun to play and looks great. Well done!
Thanks for playing and the wonderful feedback. I definitely agree that it was not very clear or fair to the player as it stand. I appreciate you detailing which parts stood out to you in that regard.
Yeah, I agree with the rest of the comments... there's not enough time to react. The obstacles also have really soft colors, which doesn't help much to differentiate them.
Thanks for playing and the note on the colours is awesome! I hadn't thought of that at all until now. That is very helpful going forward.
Love the silly vibe of the game. A+ title.
I think the player could use some more leeway for making mistakes before a game over. For example, hitting an obstacle could cause the player to be closer to the giant dice coming to crush them. If the player tripped enough times, then the dice would hit them, and then it would be a game over.
Oh, and I didn't understand what the "E" key was for. Maybe I never lived long enough to get to use it?
Thanks so much for the kind words and the detailed feedback! I love that idea to enhance the dice movement and definitely would like to have included that into it. I definitely didn't assign enough time to the gameplay and appreciate you pointing out the need for additional clarity on the "E". This helped me figure a major assumption I made but never explained. Cheers!
You need more forward vision and some delay before the first obstacle.
Thanks for playing and the feedback. I completely agree on both of these points.
