I broke the game and got to level 59
The fact that you have to smash click stopped me from playing too long (my poor mouse :D), I thought I'd rapidly find an upgrade for it.
The kinda idle game is nice, I'm a huge idle game fan, so, it always works on me haha.
And yeah, there's that bug about passive money that can break the game.
Congrats!
Cool idea!
I think it would be better if shots were automatic instead of having to click, and if the passive money game would only work while fighting.
But otherwise it was a fun game.
I like the leaderboard :) Well done.
I think this has a a lot of small issues that aren't game breaking, but aren't great either. Like how at a certain point the bottom row of bullets aren't hitting at all when they definitely should be. I also think that, while it's fun to have the amount of bullets shot to correspond with the number on the dice, it becomes pretty inconsequential when you get a ton of dice and damage upgrades. Also I think the menus should have matched the pixel art style the rest of the game had. I also think there should have been some indication of how much health the guy has left. Sure, he grows as each round progresses, but his health keeps growing even when he doesn't. I think you should have had an indication of his growing power, possibly with a health bar. Or maybe having an army of skeletons attacking that grows bigger and bigger each round. I also think you should have used a button like spacebar to attack instead of clicking. It grows really tiring on your finger when you're quickly mashing the mouse as fast as you can. Again, these are all minor complaints that don't matter all too much and, at the end of the day, it's fun. It's just a fun game that I think could've used some improvements. And hopefully this game jam experience helps you improve as a game developer. That's what it's all about, right? All in all, Great Job.
Passive money still increases in between rounds. Ergo infinite cash and waiting....
