Really creative! I like the interpretation of the prompt a lot :) it took me a few rounds to get the hang of the order of operations and how input 1 & 2 worked, but after some trial and error I'm pretty proud of the scale I reached. Great job!!

How does your game fit the theme?
As a management simulation game, you have to plan ahead as the operation scales up. There are no take-backs, so you have to build the factory in a way that allows for scaling.

The only negative: if the inability to delete is really the main idea of the game (and not a consequence of the time limit), then confirmation before construction is very lacking. It's too easy to turn part of the factory into trash due to player misclick :(

I like the setting of your factory. And I also liked some details of the gameplay: I want to pick up for my factory game the idea of turning a conveyor by moving the mouse within the border of one cell. This is really cool! I needed this feature!

I do like factory games. Well done on getting all the components working. My biggest issue is sometimes after placing a conveyor belt, it would place in a different direction than it was displayed.
Well done on realising such an ambitious concept but as others have pointed out it is a bit cumbersome to play. Good luck in future endevours, be it further development of this design or something new!
Sorry, but it was hard to play this game. Its very unclear on what to do, and there's not much feel into it. I know we have limited amount of time but next time, try making a short scope game. It was a good idea though, but not the execution.
Congrats on your submission! Seems like you went for an ambition idea! The UI was admittingly a bit hard to understand. But it fits the theme very well.
I think this game would've been better if you could remove previously placed items. Half the fun of factory games is optimization, and if you can't take things away, you can't redo them better. Also it's really hard to plan a factory well if you don't know where the next truck will show up.
A tutorial would probably help a lot, as some of the issues I have with this game might be alleviated if everything wasn't so overwhelming.
This game was a bit hard to understand, also I don't know if it's just me but I can't place the "road" tiles sideways, it always points downwards. Nice work!
A little bit difficult for me, but I love factory games
I like the idea of a factorio-like game-play and an endless world, however the commands are quite complicated to acquire (e.g. setting the direction with the mouse-direction, instead of e.g. the mouse-wheel, or placing it in two steps placement->direction).
Still, cool idea and kudos on getting it done in 96 hours!
Thanks for your comment! That is a sentiment we've gotten from our play testers (roommates). Conveyors can be clicked-and-dragged to make longer belts, and can feed directly into one another. But managing the conveyors is a little unintuitive. We were hoping to be able to add a formal tutorial at some point, but ran out of time.
