Really dig the art style, a 3D game in 48 hours is pretty impressive!

Developer

Thanks for playing!

We definitely loved making it despite the challenges hehe :)

Thanks for playing!!

A great idea very well executed. Though I'd love a bow or something to help my goblin friends.

Developer

Noted. Definitely thinking of adding an attack in the future ^^

Thanks for playing!

Wow this game looks great! Everything about this is phenomenal and I love the goblin noises throughout the game. I would love to see this become a full game in the future.

Developer

Thanks! Had lots of fun making it and definitely thinking of at least an update or two ^^

It was a really great exprience for a 48h game. Fun and Enjoyable.
Good Work !

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for playing!

throwing stuff is so fun and omg the artstyle is so adorable. felt a little too difficult but besides that the audio and visuals are immaculate

Developer

Hehe we love the art, hoping to do some more balancing in an update ^^

My god, the end screen audio is everything... I love throwing stuff at the 'hero'. Really sells the feeling of being a powerless goblin. Great submission. Thanks for checking mine out as well!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Our sound guy had lots of fun making the end screen 'soudtrack' hehe

Love the concept. Almost reminds me of one of them horror games where you try and escape with no weapons. Pretty fun.

Developer

Thank you for playing! Really wanted to capture the feeling of helplessness as a level 1 goblin :))

Submitted(+1)

I liked the art style of the game, it was too hard though, keep up the good work

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! Hope you come try it again after an update or two :)

This unintentionally felt like a horror game for a moment when i turned around and saw Paladina right behind me. Got me good, not gonna lie!

It was definitely a fun little game and i found myself playing it a couple more times than i expected. I guess it's because of the mix of goofy art (i mean it as a compliment) and the feel of the chase.

As others pointed out, there isn't much that you can do other than running away to other monsters or chucking stuff at the Paladina, even though it doesn't do any damage or stun them (which i think would add a bit more strategy).

Maybe if you'll ever decide to expand the game, you could make the goblin sounds make other monsters follow you, so you could accumulate an army to fight the hero. But i'm getting sidetracked and starting to backseat-develop your game. Oops!

Regardless, i think you captured the Jam's theme pretty well and i had fun playing the game, and that's what really matters.

Good job!

Thanks so much for the feedback! We had lots of fun with the development haha

Love the idea of gathering an army, might actually implement it for a small update! (Also the barrels definitely need to do damage in the future lol)

Submitted(+1)

Those are the cutest goblins I have ever seen

Developer

We love them <3

Submitted(+1)

The game is really well made, but I feel like the game's concept doesn't really allow the player to do much except escape and hide until the Paladina dies.

Developer

Yeah, still thinking of some more ideas that woulda given the player more control :)
Throwing barrels at Paladina always cathartic haha

Submitted(+1)

Decent game!

but very confusing, i won in 99 seconds and all i did was run away

Developer

Hehe, took a lot of trial and error. Felt the same thing playing it myself since players usually aren't asked to avoid the enemy :))

The reversed role effect is really cool and it's fun to escape the paladina, the art is nice and the sounds too, great job.

(And it could be great if it was possible to kill him  by throwing him barrels)

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks for playing! Actually technically do damage with the barrels but only 2 damage lol, sometimes they taunt Paladina :o

Submitted

Then he will die.

Submitted(+1)

Fun to run Around, I like throwing the barrels, I can see this being fun in a dungeon tryna to outrun a party of adventures.

Developer(+1)

Barrel physics! Thanks for playing :)

Very fun and cute concept

Submitted(+1)

Great art, it real feels the sensation of being a goblin when Paladina is coming for us 🤣.

Developer

Haha yeah Im still a little scared playing the game feeling like the goblin. Thanks for playing!

Submitted(+1)

Loved the graphics and style, not exactly sure on what I was meant to do except from run away though. The throwing physics was quite fun!

Developer

hehe thanks for playing!
