pretty impressive little 3d game, I really liked the art direction. The best part by far though the Zelda's scream when she fell off a clif :D
Voice acting, impressive visuals and animations, how many people worked on this during the 48 hours! It ran a bit slow on my computer and needed some Unity runtime installation and computer restart to load it but very impressive
Wow, super impressive scope for a game jam! Really commendable for all the clear effort. Unfortunately I got stuck in the environment multiple times and didn't want to wait through the cutscenes more than three times.
Thanks for playing
Where parts did you get stuck in? :)
Near where you exit the town, there's a well with stairs, & after jumping in, I was blocked from climbing the stairs. And near the big doors, I missed a jump on the platforms in front of it & fell into a rock & couldn't get out.
But it's perfectly understandable. With the little amount of time to work on it, it's not reasonable to be able to check every collision in the big world haha.
This feels highly ambitious for a jam game ! The idea of Zelda with the accent is funny ^^ I didn't manage to fire magic, holding right mouse button seemed to chareg someting but never released anything ! Also i got stuck in front of the big doors.
Hey!
Thanks for playing!
This is odd. If you've unlocked the ability to travel amongst the demons you should be able to hold the right mouse and press the left mouse to fire :(
very impressive to have put this together in 48 hours! the controls are very responsive, it's quite polished
congratulations! very nice work :)
Thank you for playing! <3 Fantastic feedback :)
Couldn't play more than a few minutes unfortunately! It goes down to 1 fps unless I stand still and give it some time. Also got a few characters to "hang" when skipping dialogue.
Thats really odd! I'm sorry to hear that :(
May I ask the spec of your setup? The game for me ran at 60fps +
but my setup is for gaming so its a bit bias! :P
i5-10400F, GTX 1060 3 GB and 16 GB RAM. I will also specify I do not struggle playing UE games of about the same detail level (e.g.: Supraland), so IDK why either!
Edit: also updated drivers and restarted my PC before trying to play again.
Thats such a shame :(
Thank you for providing your specs.
Its something I am honestly struggling with inside Unreal. i try to follow all the best practices, nothing running per tick, nothing long / demanding. Everything quick/event-driven. I enabled Nanite to speed everything up.
I guess I still have a way to go!
