How does your game fit the theme?
Every once in a while the role your character executes gets switched by the enemy's one, which makes it bizarre as the enemy normally shoots keys from your own laptop that he stole.

3 observations.

1. dunno if the complementary color palette was done on purpose (blue/orange), but it looks damn good

2. in terms of difficulty, this game overcomes the entire dark souls series. i needed  less timing for malenia, blade of miquella than not to get disco'd (seriously, it's kinda hard, but i understand due to the time you got to make it)

3. i find the ost interesting too (pretty similar to undertale huh >:)

i can feel talent in y'all guys, good luck and be well

[sori if ma inglish is not gud but i speak no americano ^.^]

This is awesome. Love to see a rhythm game in the jam. Cool mechanic with the roles swapping. Very polished visuals as well. MOST EXCELLENT!!!

thanks!

It's an amazing game that should definitely get more recognition in this jam!

The art is really refreshing and nostalgic at the same time so great job with that! And the whole game seems really nicely put together!

Would have liked a tutorial though! :D

Great game! Really liked how you have to use your keyboard to respond to the opponent - it made me panic (in the best way) about finding the right key to press on time. I feel as though the theme of role reversal could have been expanded upon, as you're essentially doing the same thing - pressing keys in time to the beat - no matter which role you're playing, but very creative idea!

If this were to be expanded upon, I would appreciate clearer UI - such as the point at which the player has to hit a key - and a bit more narrative context/a tutorial so you're not just thrown into the thick of it. Well done!
