Nice game! The controls are responsive and the alien-styled timer is a nice finding. I like, that it's something physical in the game world and not just some timer in the HUD. What confused me a bit were torches, they look like hazards, but anyway, the idea and the game overall are nice. Congratulations on that!

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing. If you have not noticed, then torches hide secret shortcuts to escape the maze. Thanks for the feedback again.

The game is pretty interesting, the music and art looks pretty good, and the controls feel great too. The game quite a bit of potential to be expanded on, well done!

Thanks a lot for the feedback

Really solid entry! I loved the subtle lens distortion (i like to use that a bit myself :P) The bloom, particularly on the torches, were a bit bright, so I'd recommend turning it down a little. It's also not clear that you can walk through the torches, so moving them out of the doorways might help a bit.

I really like the enemies being attached to you, though it was fairly easy to kill them all early, then worry about the maze afterwards. Maybe have the enemies connect to you throughout the level? That could be an interesting fix. My favorite level was the one with no spikes in sight, added just the right amount of stress!

This is a really solid game, it looks great, the controls feel really crisps, and the idea is creative, great job! I wish I was as talented as you when i was 13 :)

The torches hid the secret shortcuts, because I could not find other ways😋. The bloom is a real problem that I will fix soon. The spikes had to be added early because there was a major last moment bug, and it took time, so I did not notice that much . Thanks a lot for your feedback.

Ah, that makes sense! Guess I was just blind to the long way xD

Definitely keep working on it if you're interested in it, it's a really solid base! Different enemy types and enemies throughout the level, and you got yourself a very solid game!

Good choice of music, and the look and mechanics draw me right in. The bloom on the player can be a bit straining on the eye, but it's a rather solid little game.

Developer

Thank you so much for playing. After the jam ends i will fix the bloom

Really pretty game! I love the screen warp effect, it's like an old TV.  Player handles well, too!

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing! Hope you enjoyed it.

Good game! Some of the levels are a little larger than they need to be given the number of enemies and obstacles, but the animations and music make it interesting to navigate nonetheless.

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing my game. The art, code and animations were done by me, but the music was taken from the internet
