A very neat little puzzle game. I felt like the first person controls were kinda sluggish, both the mouse sensitivity and the walking speed. I kind of think this would have worked better as a top-down 2D game. I did like the puzzles, even if I felt that the controls were a little annoying.

Nice game, but I've played the Talos Principle so I'm familiar with the first-person-join-the-dots mechanic. Would have liked if when you complete a level it shows you what you created from above. Would feel more like a reward and let you compare your mental map that you've discovered to an actual overview. The overhead shot in the screens made me think that was part of the game.

Congrats on making a fully working game, with actual designed levels!

Nitpicks:

  • Really really want a run key!
  • In my opinion a mouse invert option is essential in these kind of games. Old gamers like myself are far to set in our ways to be able to make the switch in our heads! I'd have wanted to play far longer if both of these were added. I did get through all the levels, but I'd have wanted more if it was easier to play.
  • I'd also like some feedback that I'm close enough to pick up a tower. Just something simple like an outline, glow, animation or even just a sound. Maybe they could hum when nearby, and switch to a different sound when close enough to be carried?
  • No sound at all, as far as I can tell.
  • Why do I have to hold the mouse to carry an item? It would be far comfier with a click to pick up, then another to put down.
  • Puzzle design is pretty solid throughout. Didn't really like the one where you had to go back and get all the towers - slowly backtracking isn't exactly fun. Might have been nice to have a vertical element to them. That's something The Talos Principle didn't have much of either.
  • Graphics are serviceable, but not exactly beautiful. I know it's a games jam, but a little effort with efficient design can go a long way.

Nice game :D I need to go Faaaastaaaa   .___.   I would have liked more puzzle elements but the zen feeling of this game and the "take the rock up, put the rock down" philosophy gave me enough time to think about my life, thanks. I came to the conclusion that I'm going to eat a salad tomorrow, and replay all 3 Dark Souls games.

I appreciated the intention to create a progression.

Levels are a little too big, especially when compared to the character's movement speed.

Polishing is not the best.

Congratulations on the courage to create a puzzle game in such a short time.
