This was short and sweet. I liked the smooth graphics and the sound effects. I think this could also be really cool if the two courses were the same so you could get the golf balls to bounce off each other.

And as others mentioned, the game crashed my computer though I was able to complete game before that happened.

Unfortunately I could not get the game to run. The concept looks interesting though!

your game leaks memory!! (about 200mb each second!!!!)
i probably was able to finish it without crashes because i had 16gbs on my PC, and i was pretty hasty with the game!

that sure does explain the crashes other commenter described! (not the errors tho, i didn't have any errors)

as for the game itself it's pretty short and sweet. but i would like a restart button for when you fail miserably, also mouse sometime needs to go past the window borders, and then the game just doesn't register it's position anymore, which is kinda annoying, but you can always just use the other golf ball.

Thanks for playing and for all the feedback! I definitely overlooked some massive memory leaks... but I'm glad you were able to get through it.

I couldn't figure out how to register mouse position outside of the game, but you can actually click and drag the mouse from anywhere on the screen to avoid needing to leave the window. And I ended up running out of time, but I 100% agree that a reset button would be really helpful!

Your coding is usually amazing but this time the game crashed my computer both times I tried to play it because it lagged so badly.

I liked it and it's very impressive for a totally custom engine! Had fun with the puzzles and shooting the balls felt satisfying, only problem was that when I accidentally dragged away from the window it stopped adding power, so sometimes had weak shots. I personally really like the pixel-art style here! Looking forwards for the video ;)
