Two mechanics are joined together in a single game: Typing a monologue and dodging incoming attacks. Also, you and the heroes are joined together in monologue (the heroes break this connection).

I really enjoyed the concept! This would be a cool and fun way for kids to practice typing on keyboards. The attacks started slow enough at first too so there was plenty of time to figure out how each attack worked before it started getting harder.
My only slight complaint would be that I died once near the end of the dialogue and had to restart. I had no idea how close I was to finishing the game so I got close to not attempting it again. If there was a progress bar, that would help I think!

This game about writing was a very novel idea. I was chuckling throughout as it was a great blend of cute and silly. I really enjoyed this unique take on the theme, joined together in the sense of chaining together words which, unless you're really good at one-handed typing, you have to stop moving in order to continue doing.

I think my only critique, at the end the flashing lightning is a bit harsh on the eyes and might be uncomfortable for photosensitive folks.

Overall - great work, well done!

MUAHAHAHA All Hail Lord Type-a-lot!! :D Fantastically creative game setting! The music speeding up really does amp up the tension.. gotta type yet avoid the projectiles! Well done a fun game! :D

Fun idea, but I don't think it matches the theme well. It has a neat art style.

I somehow managed to beat this on my first go-around, but had enough fun that I wanted to play all over again!

Very funny concept, charming presentation, and some simple yet fun mechanics that I can see being extended further with different hero attacks, villain types to control, and stages to navigate.

I think you can expand on this and have a good basis for a full game, so great job on that!

The only thing I'm not super clear on is how this fits the 'joined together' theme - could you explain?

I struggled to avoid dying even after playing the game a few times in a row, but this didn't lessen the fun. The sheer comedy value of the sound effect and the graphic for the villain dying mid-sentence, made the whole game for me. Nice job! :D

Very fun game and super cool concept. The typing sounds are also great. The death mechanic is a bit unforgiving though. GOing all the way back to the start. I'd say it would be better to just go back a sentence or something. Otherwise really good and very original idea!

Awesome game! loved it!. Was intense the whole time and there was ample room for error given, obviously such an intense game will need it. Kudos!
