I'm going to change the controls a bit like I described to Deep-Fold once I'm allowed to upload new files, so be on the lookout for that and tell me what you think about them. I really want to make the 'six keys for six directions' thing work, and use it in other games.

I'm surprised how much I enjoyed this. Its like the block puzzles on Zelda except 6 directions and a block joining thing and yet it adds so much. I'm impressed. Swell job !

Definitely not a fan of the control scheme. The puzzles themselves were fun to figure out, but personally I was hampered by not being able to move around, it distracted me from a lot of the puzzles.  Conceptually, I think is game is awesome. The lazers and the cubes were a pretty engaging mechanic. I think with some good sound effects and some background music, (alongside completely reworking the controls) this game could be great. I think this sort of grid system lends itself better to controllers than keyboard.  But hey, this is your first game, and that one note aside, it's a great start!

You probably won't see me adding sound to this directly, but I want to revisit laser blocks as a hazard in a hex roguelike or something. Posted a comment on trying to fix the control scheme above. Might try with controllers if that idea doesn't work.

I played the first five levels. Hard to control due to lack or familiarity with control scheme, and this game just didn't have the fun factor for me to take the time to get familiar with it.

Initially was overwhelmed about the control scheme but quickly adapted to it. I think the character did misalign from the grid a bit. Definitely a unique and fun game.

Poor Curse.. Certainly a unique key control scheme, takes a little getting used to but it does work. There are some good puzzles in there, nice job!

thank you. he does escape in the end.

I notice UHN IKM feels better with the left hand than the right, which makes Z to undo a bit awkward.

I've thought about more of an I I shape rather than the O. e.g numpad 741 963 or TFC ESZ, but I want to use combined inputs for different moves in a different game (e.g. IU for north jump diagonally/cleave attack/reach attack) and that might feel weird to do with TE or 97.
